8:00 – 8:15 Welcome & Grounding Creating a safe, focused space. Introduction to the Awakened Mind Method and what participants can expect from the session.
8:15 – 8:50 The Burnout Cycle Decoded Understanding how the brain responds to chronic stress. Identifying personal burnout patterns through guided self-assessment.
8:50 – 9:35 Yoga, Movement & Nervous System Reset A Vinyasa-inspired corporate yoga flow combined with breathwork and somatic techniques to shift the body from fight-or-flight to calm clarity. Only yoga mats needed — no experience required.
9:35 – 9:45 Break A short break to freshen up after the yoga session before moving into the mental reprogramming work.
9:45 – 10:15 NLP for Mental Reprogramming Rewire limiting beliefs and automatic stress-response patterns using powerful Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques.
10:15 – 10:55 Hypnotherapy for Deep Stress Release A guided professional hypnotherapy session to release deep-seated stress, anxiety, and mental fatigue at the subconscious level.
10:55 – 11:35 Your Clarity Blueprint Each participant creates a personalized action plan with daily tools to sustain their mental reset well beyond the workshop.
11:35 – 12:00 Integration & Closing Anchoring new mental states, celebrating the shift, Q&A, and a take-home toolkit of resources.

Karen Norgaard

 

Karen Norgaard brings a rare combination of corporate experience and transformational expertise to the world of corporate wellness. With a university degree in B.A. Corporate Communications, she understands how organisations think, how teams are structured, and what it actually costs to keep performing under pressure — and that academic foundation is what makes her work land differently inside a corporate room.

She is a certified professional hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, Life Power Yoga teacher (Vinyasa, 200h), meditation guide, and Life Coach — certified through Anthony Robbins University in Leadership and Life Coaching. She is also the creator of the Awakened Mind Method, a transformational framework helping corporate teams break free from chronic stress and burnout.

Because she has lived the corporate experience herself, Karen speaks the language of business — and her participants feel that immediately. Her work produces changes that are not just felt in the workshop room, but carried into every aspect of professional and personal life.
